The primping of the shoulders take away that body mass that should be present between the connecting these parts make her look as if her neck was a part of her arms which ain't right. The torso is not long enough and does not present an actual feminine figure.

The thumbs are too long, in fact you made the one on her right hand as long as an index finger when compared to it, it should be only halfway through the cross of that second finger. Also noting the arms lengths should be looked over a little more, from elbow to hand, that is the longest part of the arm, not from shoulder to elbow.
